Prevent and eliminate blackheads, dry skin, and give your skin a dewy look just by drinking at least 2 liters (1/2 gallon) of filtered water per day – sounds like a lot, but it will do the trick!

Use a lotion mask nightly (or in the morning before applying makeup), for a beautifully moisturized and glowing complexion.

Eat 1 cup of leafy greens daily (preferably steamed, juiced, or blended for best digestion) to keep your complexion clear and under-eye circles at bay.

You can use sugar externally, but avoid eating it since it can cause breakouts (not to mention headaches and mood swings) – use raw honey, stevia, or xylitol instead.

Most people are clueless about the skin care properties of papaya.
This tropical fruit contains the enzyme papain, which has great antibacterial and wound healing abilities.
The enzyme also aids in removing dead, damaged skin.
Papaya is extensively used in wound care, and regular facial application of papaya juice helps

Here is a papaya-based mask for all skin types:
Take ¼ cup of cocoa, 2 teaspoons of cream, ¼ cup ripe papaya, ¼ cup honey and 2 teaspoons of oatmeal powder. Mix and apply to your face.
After 10 minutes, wash your face with warm water.
WALNUT
The most common walnut is the English walnut, which originated the regions surrounding the Caspian Sea (it is therefore also known as the Persian walnut).
They are considered as a great skin

In traditional Chinese medicine, walnuts are used in preparing kidney tonics.
Finely ground walnut powder gently exfoliates dead skin to remove impurities that ordinary cleansing cannot tackle.
Mix 2 tablespoons plain yogurt with 2 teaspoons of finely ground walnuts.
Wet your face and gently work the scrub into the skin.
Avoid scrubbing under the eyes.
Rinse after 20 minutes with warm water.
Tips
- Stress dries out the skin and can cause breakouts, so try yoga, deep breathing, listening to relaxing music, and reading good books.
- Do weekly hot oil treatments on your scalp and hair to help it grow long and strong without breakage – olive and coconut oil work great.
- Fix cellulite quick by doing a coffee scrub – massage coffee grinds into your cellulite-prone areas to temporarily smooth them out (be sure to wash off well).
- Red or itchy skin? Grind up some organic oatmeal into a fine flour and add it to your bath water for a soothing, anti-inflammatory soak (you can also dunk a washcloth in oatmeal water and apply it to your face)
